My Story

A native of Texas, I began my massage therapy career in 2003. With time, I realized that advanced training in Medical Massage therapy was my calling. I took the courses and training in additional modalities to help people and their bodies heal and repair after injury or chronic stress. The human body is equipped to heal with time and encouragement, this is how I help my clients. The lymphatic system is a beautiful thing, when it is working, light touch lymphatic drainage works wonders. Trigger points are often knotted up and need to be released. Visceral therapy assists with helping the organs react and respond with proper therapy. Sports are fun to play until an injury occurs, I can help with that too. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and all needs in conjunction with Physical Therapy and Chiropractic care.
